ADAA (Academy of Dramatics & Aesthetics) is not only a project or venture; on the contrary it is a dream of Nirman.
It is fact that a huge percentage of people have to leave theatre due to lack of proper guidance and they have to decline to develop their acting skills, develop Theatre and Develop the society through Theatre. Many of theatre activists depart due to limited Drama Schools and limited seats. Nirman Kala Manch began ADAA to Train these types of people, to connect newcomers with theatre and to spread the knowledge of Theatre Teachers and trainers. Many of Youth obtain the Theoretical & Practical awareness of Theatre with doing theatre.
More than 100 Students have trained by different Theatre Personalities like:- Chandrahaas Tiwari, Viinod Rai, B. K. Sharma, Guru Vishwajeet, Chandra Madhav Baarik, Gautam Majumdar, Manish Joshi, Faiz Mohammad, Pravin Kumar Gunjan, Suman Kumar, Shubhro Bhattacharya & Avijeet Chakraborty etc and the session is going on.
